Plant Based Greek Pasta Salad


4 cups of Bentilia Pasta
1 medium tomato
1 cucumber
1 cup of black olives
1\2 cup of Brazil nuts
1\2 Garlic clove
1 lemon
Oregano (to taste)


1-Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Put aside in a large bowl. 

2-Cut cucumber and tomato in dice. 
3- Slice the black olives.
4-Then, blend the Brazil nuts with the garlic. 
5-Add the veggies, and the blended nuts to the pasta. 
6-Add lemon juice and oregano and mix all ingredients into the bowl.
